Laundry is a no go

We chose this property becausae it claimed to have laundry facilities. Not good. not coin operated. but you needed coins to get detergent. download an app. load money to the app. loaded laundry, added detergent. tried to start washer. Off line. no help from staff or call center. Ended up having to go to laundry mat to finish laundry. cloths came out with bleach stains from sitting on the detergent too long.

Perfectly Good Stay

A perfectly good stay. While the over all building and construction showed some wear and age, they certainly put effort to have modern amenities and furniture in the room. I stayed in the 2 Story building behind the main building. I was only there for two nights and really only to sleep and shower. Breakfast was on par with any hotel breakfast I’ve had in recent years. A good start to the day. The few staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Easy come and go facility. Only complaint was water pressure was low.

The manager Tina was very nice. I had a problem and she took care of it right away. The lady who cleaned my room was named Lydia. She was very nice and an excellent cleaner. She deserves a pat on the back. Also the fron desk overnight gentleman named Leslie was very nice. Considering I talked to him a few times at 6 in the morning, he was very chipper and was very helpful. The hotel itself was too noisy for.my liking Doors slamming people yelling in the parking lot.

We were given a key for our room but couldnt get in only to find out that they mixed up our room with someone else. Thankfully the key didnt work. Then the room we had smelled horrible and when my step daughter pulled the sheets down to get in bed there was a bug in the sheets that was thought to be a bed bug. Also, the shower wasa mess. The floor to the shower felt like you were standing on a waterbed. We also stated in the reservation that we had 4 adults but there were only 2 towels in the bathroom and there was no conditioner. I would never stay here again. We would have left after the bug in the bed but it was 1:30 am. I can not believe I paid for this hotel.

We were met on arrival by helpful and friendly staff. Upon entering our room we noticed it could use alot of love. The sink had a crack, the tiles and grout were dingy and there was peeling paint on doors and trim. I have to say the room was clean and in otherwise nice shape. At breakfast the next morning we were met but super friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay the property was very clean and the pool was nice the shower head could be better and the doors for the rooms have big gaps where you can see outside but overall clean and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby
