Hospedamos por 16 dias, e foi tudo muito bom. O flat é confortável, com o necessário para uma temporada confortável. O adentimento para resolução de pequenos problemas, que tivemos como problemas com ar condicionado e microondas foi rápido! O resort é perfeito, piscinas com água quentinha que dá pra ficar até tarde da noite, atendimento dos funcionários excelente, comida boa e com preço bom (comparado aos demais estabelecimento da região e barracas de praia). A praia não é muito boa para crianças maiores pois é como uma piscina rasinha, mas tem praias maravilhosas que fica alguns minutos andando pela praia.

Passeio em família pra comemorar o Dia dos Pais. Estadia tranquila. Flat limpo. Com apenas um quarto. Talvez eu não observei a descrição do anúncio com a devida atenção. Um ponto de melhoria seria a cama de casal que faz um barulho enorme se retirar a base, que é uma mini cama. O flat tem o necessário (geladeira, fogão, panelas, talheres etc) pra fazer refeições básicas para café, almoço e janta. Não tem churrasqueira elétrica. Isso é um ponto que posteriormente deveriam acrescentar porque não pode fazer churrasco com carvão por causa da fumaça. Então quem gosta de um churrasco já se prepare. Tv a cabo. Internet wifi boa. O resort muito limpo e cuidado. As piscinas muito boas tanto pra crianças quanto pra adultos e limpas. Pé na areia. Porém quando a maré está alta não é aconselhável entrar no mar, pois é bravio e com ondas fortes. Pra curtir com a família é 10. Vale o investimento.

La acomodación no andaba el wifi la encargada tampoco sabía como funcionaba. Luego hay un carte que dice que te dejan 9 toallas de las cuales solo te dejan 2 y si queres pedir mas el hotel te cobra. El hotel es medio pelo la playa es horrible por eso es que hay tantas cadenas hoteleras. Para una buena playa tenes que irte a 7 cuadras. El año pasado me hospede en el sumervielle (esta justo al lado ) y la comida es 100 veces mejor. La comida de este hotel re calentada y no contaba con variación. El desayuno excelente!! . Osea si vas con pocas pretenciones esta bueno. Si vas por la playa mmmmm

Excelente Imóvel, muito limpo, organizado e completo.

Reserva muita tranquila, proprietários muito prestativos do momento da reserva até o check-out. Apartamento muito completo, com diversos utensílios que ajudaram no dia a dia, como garrafa de café, abridor de garrafa de vinhos, entre outros. Localizado num excelente resort, com atendentes muito educados e simpáticos. Recomendo muito e pretendemos voltar em breve a esse imóvel.

O apartamento é excelente, o hotel tem localização invejável e com grande área de lazer para as crianças. Recomendamos sem dúvida nenhuma! Segue abaixo pequenos pontos de melhorias para tirar nota 10. Pontos de melhoria: 1 - A TV da sala tem um sinal muito ruim devido ao cabo que foi utilizado. Acho que trocando o cabo fica ótimo! 2 - Para quem vai usar o sofá cama, acho necessário que se tenha roupa de cama de casal. Sentimos falta disso e tivemos que improvisar com roupas de camas de solteiro e com lençóis para que nossas crianças pudessem utilizar.

Imprecionado com o descaso

O residencial que antes era um resort é lindo, bem cuidado, estrutura top, já o flat o qual fiquei, esse eu não tenho boas recordações, ficamos decepcionados com tanta sujeira encontrada no local, desde barata e aranha até chumaço de cabelo no box do banheiro encontramos, (tudo isso tenho registrado em fotos). Sugiro também novos lençóis, que além de velhos, estavam sujos com manchas amareladas, o pior de tudo é, receber uma msg do administrador dizendo: dos 21 imóveis que eles administra eu fui o único que reclamei, isso porquê sou homem, imagina se fosse uma mulhe???

Relacionamento bom com os responsáveis pelo flat. Limpeza do flat regular. Pode melhorar, mas nada que chegou a comprometer. Detalhe para o liquidificador que é 110 volts e precisa do adaptador enorme, manuseio péssimo uma vez que há poucas tomadas e precisávamos de tomada distante. Internet WI-FI muito boa! Estrutura do Marulhos muito bacana. Porém houve muitas falhas do Hotel/Flat, a exemplos: Esperamos 1h40min na fila, em pé, para iniciar o check-in, uma vez que só tinha um atendente (mesmo sendo feriadão), e o que ainda demandou mais meia hora pois não localizavam a autorização via e-mail do proprietário do flat. Foi bem estressante, estava com criança, o que complicou ainda mais o conjunto. O serviço de bar e restaurante bem desorganizado para efetuar a cobrança e informar o básico ao hóspede, perdemos bastante tempo para conseguir pagar nossa conta no restaurante, e isto porque insistimos no dia seguinte, fomos atrás. E a título de informação para futuros hóspedes, em dezembro/17 os valores de almoço e jantar estavam por /R$ 55,00 individual e R$ 45,00 café da manhã, no caso self service à vontade, porém não há qualidade, pouca variedade no geral. No mais gostamos sim. E a parte da praia é ótima para crianças pequenas e bebês, apenas na maré alta. Já para adultos não é legal, extremamente rasa.

Fizemos um planejamento para curtimos a ferias de julho em familia, fiquemos hospedados no Flat no Resort Marulhos eu, esposa e três filhos, super recomendo, flat agradavel tudo conforme o combinado e o resort estrutura super confortavel e familiar. Não vejo a hora de voltar.

Final de semana perfeito. Estivemos na semana santa. Praias belas, reservada, flat maravilhoso, seguro, aconchegante; precisando apenas melhorar a qualidade da internet ofercida e trocar o colchao de casal que está bem cansado, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Quanto ai resort Marulhos excelente estrutura, pena que oferece serviços com deixam a desejar. É uma excelente relaçao custo beneficio pra viajar com a familia. Estavamos eu, esposa e minha filha menor. Eu voltaria novamente com algumas resalvas .
