Não recomendo.

Vários pontos a melhorar faltou agua no chuveiro e não esquentava o café bem simples faltou regionalidade o cardápio igual sem mudanças as duas diárias. Mas o pior foi a televisão muito pequena e antiga e essa piscina e quase uma banheira muito pequena.

Alguns pontos a serem melhorados como o café da manhã, que nos 3 dias foi sempre a mesmas coisas, o que deixou a desejar um pouco pelo fato da variedade ser pequena. Outro ponto a ter uma atenção maior é no banheiro que estava com o ralo totalmente entupido, fazendo com que a água acumulasse dentro do box, ao ponto de em um descuido, a água transbordar para fora do box.

Falta cuidado na limpeza

Apesar de ser carnaval o café da manhã estava adequado (peguei alguns pratos com sabão, mas indica que pelo menos foram lavados :). O assento sanitário é bem fraco, precisa ser trocado, o chuveiro não esquenta muito bem. Ah, pedimos no 3 dia que estávamos lá para trocarem a toalha, o paninho e a roupa de cama: as toalhas toalha foram apenas torcidas e estendidas em cima do frigobar, o paninho de chão foi apenas torcido tb e a cama foi até arrumada, mas com a mesma roupa de cama (eu poderia ter feito isso). Enfim, faltou cuidado com isso, mas a gente costuma ficar neste hotel pela proximidade dos pontos que a gente frequenta e principalmente no carnaval.

Deixou a desejar.Não é um hotel com a classificação indicada pelo site. Poderia ser melhor, se tivessem um atendimento melhor aos hóspedes. Os funcionários que atendem o café da manhã deveriam ser treinados melhor por uma receptividade com os hóspedes. Como por exemplo, deveriam avisar aos pacientes que estavam encerrando, mas não foram retirando e reclamando de quem estava no local. A empatia com os hóspedes é bem nítido! Deveriam ser treinados para um melhor atendimento. E quando pedíamos algo para o pessoal da recepção, eles diziam q ia levar ao quarto e não levavam nunca e quando cobrávamos sempre arranjavam desculpas.
