A primeira impressão foi negativa. O atendente na recepção demonstrou má vontade e falta de profissionalismo. Não houve cumprimento formal e o tratamento foi abrupto. A entrega da chave e a orientação para a assinatura do registro foram realizadas de forma ríspida e sem contato visual, transmitindo a sensação de que o funcionário não gostaria de estar prestando o serviço. A única informação repassada foi que a orientação completa seria dada no dia seguinte. O quarto 303 estava abaixo do esperado em termos de ventilação e tamanho. No momento da chegada, o ambiente estava abafado, e o sistema de ar condicionado apresentou demora excessiva para iniciar o funcionamento, causando desconforto inicial. Também não foram fornecidas informações básicas sobre as áreas comuns do hotel (localização da piscina, restaurante/área de alimentação, etc.). Devido ao conjunto de falhas no atendimento e na comunicação, decidi encerrar minha hospedagem um dia antes do previsto.

Cafe da manha deixa muito a desejar Precisa melhorar a limpeza tbm A toalha oferecida tinha um enorme cabelo cacheado enrolado nela Peguei uma xicara com marca de batom entre as "limpas"

Muito ruim, acredito que o ligar deveria ter uma limpeza excepcional, pois é algo q eles não tem tudo sujo tanto as toalhas como as cortinas e os lençol travesseiros, horrivel a hospedagem neste estabelecimento, a unica coisa que preta é o atendimento e o cafe da manhã bem simples, mas é bom, mas o resto é horrivel.

Gostei muito do atendimento de todos os funcionários. Sempre muito atenciosos. Sempre com o sorriso no rosto. Me senti realmente recepcionada. O café da manhã ótimo, é oferecida uma tapioca que é feito na hora. Indico de coco, queijo e leite condensado muito boa. O unico ponto negativo que realmente me incomodou foi a cama. É pequena e não achei confortável. Fiquei com dor nas costas. Tirando isso vale a pena se hospedar. Bem pertinho de tudo. Ao lado do praia e dos restaurantes.

Sensacional!

Foi tudo incrível, desde o nosso primeiro contato, ainda antes do check-in, até o fim da estadia. Fomos muito bem acolhidos e recebidos. Todos os funcionários muito solícitos e simpáticos. O café da manhã é sensacional, muito gostoso. Para além, a pousada fica extremamente bem localizada, vc consegue ir em diversos locais a pé. Enfim, temos apenas elogios e recomendamos bastante!
