Não foi uma boa estadia. A pousada não tem acessibilidade e em lugar nenhum isso fica claro. Nos colocaram no 3º andar de escada, não levando em conta que o meu esposo é idoso. No meu quarto (306) o chuveiro horrível, dando choque e os fios de água dava para contar. A televisão o tempo todo com interferência, o vaso sanitário o tempo todo dando retorno. As toalhas encardidas. O que salvou foi o café da manhã com boas opções e bem servido, apenas o espaço que é muuuuito apertado. Assim como eu, tinham mais 2 casais amigos no mesmo andar e também não aprovaram a estadia. No quarto 305 tem uma cômoda velha que só cheira a barata e um hóspede também idoso. A piscina é completamente diferente da apresentação. Pequeniníssima e não tem acessibilidade (escada).

Sendo bem sincero, eu com a minha esposa não gostamos muito do local, pois não possui uma boa localização. Ficamos em um quarto conteiner, onde o ralo do banheiro estava entupido, a ducha estava com vazamento, e a torneira estava danificada. Você visualiza as fotos e pensa uma coisa, porém na chegada e totalmente outra. Eu acredito que falta investir melhor na estrutura do local. Eu elogio apenas a recepcionista Cláudia e o Erick, pois foram muito gentis e super atenciosos conosco.

Atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, instalações externamente bem linda, picina boa, são bem atenciosos; localização é boa, até o centrinho é uns 10 min. a pé; não gostamos em relação a instalação do quarto - chuveiro péssimo, pouca água, não regulava bem a temperatura da água, pia com vazamento no cano; café não estava muito bom;. Não sei se todos os quartos são iguais, mas o que avalio é o que fiquei, pelo preço da diária, poderia ser melhor.

Estada não foi tão boa como o esperado

No primeiro dia, ficamos num container (n.5) que não estava bom: A iluminação era mínima no quarto e excessiva no banheiro; o box deixava a água vazar quando tomava banho; a janela do box permitia a entrada de muitos mosquitos etc.. No dia seguinte fomos reacomodados para o container n. 2, que era mais razoável. O café da manhã às vezes ficava sem alguns item e sempre tínhamos que pedir para as moças da cozinha. A recepcionista deixava que os turistas lavasse os pés, chinelos e outros objetos sujos de areia na piscina. Deveria haver uma placa proibindo isso explicitamente. No último dia, no café da manhã a recepcionista colocou em volume alto música de louvor evangélico, que além que incômodo é inconveniente para quem não professa essa religião. Acho enfim que a pousada deveria melhorar a hotelaria.
