A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Cama mole, travesseiro parecia uma folha de tão fino e não tinha extras, apenas um por pessoa, quarto de frente pra rua era extremamente barulhento pela noite, muitos carros e motos acelerando, corredores com cheiro ruim, café da manhã sem muitas opções e meio mais ou menos, a localização era boa e estava com o valor abaixo do mercado, mesmo assim não ficaria mais dias

O ponto positivo era a Localização, mas o restante muito a desejar. Alguns funcionários atenciosos, outros de mal humor. 1) O quarto não corresponde as fotos postadas 2) Tivemos um lençol e uma fronha rasgados, e uma tolha transparente de tão velha. 3) Estava um calor no Hall do Hotel, o Split não atendia as necessidades do calor, pedimos que ligassem os ventiladores, haviam 6 ventiladores e os funcionários não ligaram. 4) Numa região como o Recife, rica em frutas naturais(baratas) como manga, caju, acerola… Os sucos oferecidos eram Todos de Po industrializado, que fazem muito mal a saúde. 4) A Tb com uma programação limitada. 4) A ncontramoa um garfo e uma colher sujos, entre os talheres limpos no café da manhã.

Boa localização

O quarto 201 não dispunha de tomada 3 pinos, apenas tomadas antigas de 2 pinos, assim, tive que comprar um adaptador para poder carregar o notebook. O valor que paguei no adaptador dava para o hotel comprar duas tomadas 3 pinos e atualizar o quarto. A torneira da pia do banheiro é minúscula e se abrir pouco a água escorre pela pia, se abrir muito bate na cuba e espirra para o alto...

Café da manhã péssimo. Cuscuz seco. Salsichas mal cortadas. Ovos mexidos misturado com algo que deixava um aspecto feio. Bolo seco, bolo queimado. As frutas eram as unicas coisas que nao tinha o que reclamar. A torneira do banheiro do bosso quarto não tinha um fechamento facil, então quando saimos pro passeio ela ficou "levemente ligada" ja que pensamos ter fechado, e no sifao do banheiro estava com goteira, o que deixou o banheiro inundado. Como voltamos na madrugada e no dia seguinte ja estava indo embora, então não tinha mais o que falar na recepção.

O hotel tem seus problemas mas no geral é bom para ficar em um curto período de tempo. Os funcionários são extremamente gentis! O café da manhã é razoável, eu voltaria em casos específicos.
