I really wanted to like this hotel. Previous visits to the Count Basie Center we stayed at a lower cost option in Eatontown. I decided to stay here for the riverviews as an upgrade. Unfortunately, the riverview was through a multi-segmented window. The hvac unit was noisy and the refrigerator in our room was not working/unplugged. Also the smoke detector in our room was missing. As this was a one night stay, I did not complain until checkout and cannot opine on management's response. Will keep looking for a preferred Red Bank stayover.

Really nice hotel right along the water. Spacious room had a gorgeous view. 9 feather pillows on the bed! Easy walk into town. Highly recommend.
