Dreary looking place from the inside. One long hallway of rooms with dated carpet. On my way to my room I could hear some loud talk coming from a room around 11 pm after checking in. As soon as I got in my room I put all of my belongings in the bathtub to keep safe. Both mattresses had large stains when checking for bedbugs because, to be honest, I didn’t trust the place. I often don’t leave reviews except when it is simply bad. I told the staff my concerns and showed pictures of the mattresses when checking out. He said he would share my concerns with the manager. I suspect it fell on deaf ears instead. I skipped the free breakfast, too. Little to offer and not worth all of my troubles.

We don’t recommend this place, first room that was gave to us smell to cigar even as it was identified as non-smoking, they provided a second room that it didn’t smell to cigar but smell to something, it did feel clean, the hallway do not look clean, we left the first night as we didn’t feel it was clean. The parking was kind of dark, only few cars, mostly service truck. It didn’t feel safe

I have never been treated so badly from the front deck. I had a disappointing experience from the person at the front desk. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year but will never return again after this experience. I asked the person at the front desk if my room was located in the front section or the or rear, and he refused to answer me. He became angry and yelled at me and showed me the hallway.

Understaffed & Housekeeping need cleaning tutorial

The employees were very nice but management clearly needs tutorials on how to run a hotel. The hotel which looked more like a 1 star Motel 6 than a Wyndham, seemed to have done understaffing for breakfast purposely to control expenses. Breakfast was very limited and served between 6am and 9am. 1 person was serving up to 40 people between 8-9am. As for cleaning… towels were stained and my bed sheet had a dried blood stain… disgusting! Does management know what bleach is? I would not stay here again, sorry. The place needs better management. The only thing that was positive is its location.

Stay one night, no refund pay for four nights

After I checked in, I realize I can only stay one night. I paid for four and got no refund. II was told I couldn’t get one because the reservation wasn’t made through the hotel or otherwise there would be no problem
