Rooms are not at all as advertised!! Stained carpet, broken fixtures, and doors didn’t close unless you physically shut it tight!! You can literally hear anyone in the hallway as if they were literally standing in your room. The room also had a weird smell to it! I wouldn’t recommend and will not be back!!

The room seemed kind of dirty. The desk and table had some sticky substance all over the front of it and you could see dirty handprints on it too, which left me feeling like the entire room wasnt wiped down very well and was dirty. The bed was creeky and the fan is so loud. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was scorching hot hat thing must have been at 115 degrees. No exaggeration. I could barely get my toes in. The staff was really nice though and the food was yummy! I recommend the salmon. All in all it wasnt a terrible stay for the price.

Rooms need an upgrade. Didn’t clean our room until late afternoon. Wasn’t cleaned that well looked like the hallway hadn’t been vaccumed for awhile. The lobby area was fine and the casino was good.

We had booked a king club room, when we checked in the staff member mumbled something about not sure what was going on with the king room so he was putting us in a club queen room which I’m sure was cheaper then what we had paid for. Did not offer any compensation for the room change. Went up to our room and even though it was a non smoking room it smelled of cigarette smoke and could smell it quite strongly during the night when the fan came on. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. We had supper in the courtyard at the Garden Terrace Lounge, the atmosphere was great, the food was expensive , small portions and just okay. I had a very small Caesar salad with hardly any dressing and an added chicken breast that was very overcooked, dry and tasteless for $20 My husband had the 7oz steak with whipped potatoes and mushrooms which he said was ok but a very small portion. The waitress was very pleasant. We had complimentary breakfast in the club room and that was very good. Good food choices and very nice waitress.

Good hotel overall. Pool and hot tub was great. Little upset i wanted to pay cash for the room but deposit on credit card, was told when i checked in i wasn't allowed to pay cash had to be credit but then when i checked out after i already put it on my card i can pay cash. Was told breakfast was included onpy to find out it wasn't because i didn't pay for upgrade. However now that i know that i would stay again. Was very quite hotel
