Increase the temperature in the main pool. Turn down heat in hot tub. Play music in the pool area. Fix hole in ceiling as well as drywall in pool area. Offer coffee, tea and water to guests. Upgrade hallways. We did have a pleasant stay and will be back. If you can only do one. Increase the temperature in the main pool. It’s always warmer in the winter. Thank you The Spalding’s
