The fan ran like a generator, couldn't get any sleep. Does not properly installed with gaps, woke up a few times by drunk guests in the middle of the night. The egg served during breakfast treated weird (doesn't taste like egg). To top it off, on our last day, or room ran out of hot water middle of a shower. Left my feedback on Google staying that in the years we've started here, never had it been this bad. Diana from their customer service team commented saying that they couldn't find us on record. Instead, wouldn't you reach out to rectify instead of discrediting a customers feedback?
