The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, there was an empty beer bottle at the side of my bed - so Obviously the room had not been cleaned before renting it to me. - no coffee machine in the room and no complimentary breakfast. just a bare bones grubby place to sleep.

Front desk staff were a little abrupt… Room was clean, but no thermostat, so either way too hot or too cold. Beds were not super comfortable. We made do for the night, but would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.

Basics

Basic hotel. Good price but you get what you pay for. Room was clean, but no amenities. The rooms have a list of replacement costs for every item and cleaning costs for a hilarious list of things from vomit in the hallway or room to punched holes in the wall. Says a bit about the clientele. Overall I got what I paid for.

Very inconsistant. Restaurant was the main issue. My husband had to have his food pureed. We supplied blender and they charged us10.00 to blend food and wash blender. We were never told this was going to happen. We gave healthy tip first night and second time until I figured out that our bill was costly. No more tips given. They had gotten more than necessary for tip. Also when bought a coffee in restuarant only gave us 1/2 cup of coffee with no refill. Their internet was awful. Had to wait 2 days to just get garbage picked up in room. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone or myself.

The facility is dated. The tub and shower curtain was dirty and stained. Surface cleaning on tables was poor. The ventilation is poor as the deep frying scent from the pub one floor below and the body wash scent from another guest flowed strongly throughout the in the room. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and professional.

We came down to celebrate for a night with friends and are so happy we stayed here. The room was super clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the staff are so lovely and hospitable. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. We'd absolutely stay here again!
