Quintinha dos Pombinhos has a rustic ground floor villa in the Villages of Montoito, 9 km from the town of Reguengos de Monsaraz.
This house sleeps 8 people, has 4 bedrooms, 2 with private bathroom, and another 1 bathroom, 3 in total, 1 with bathtub, and 2 with shower, and hair dryer, a living room with fireplace with fireplace and salamander , and a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with large wooden table, dishwasher and linen, and chimney with traditional Alentejo fireplace with salamander, rustic decoration, plenty of natural light.
The villa has 2 TVs with more than 100 channels, 1 flat screen in the large kitchen, and another in the living room.
In the outdoor area we have 2 porches with barbecue with sink, and outdoor furniture, where you can make barbecues and take al fresco meals, on the granite table under the porch, or make picnics in the backyard.
Great space to relax, from where you can also see the mount, listen to the birds, see the lovebirds, read, nap, sunbathe, or take a hose bath in the traditional tank that exists in the yard.
There is even place to park several cars inside the property, which is fully walled, and has independent entrance.
The village is located in an area of rural scenery, where agricultural fields, olive groves, montados and vineyards predominate. Ideal for long walks and outdoor walks, or simply observe the local wildlife.
In the village there is a small supermarket, bakeries, traditional bakery that makes bread and cakes in a wood oven, cafe in the recreational society, restaurant / cellar with excellent outdoor space where there are events at weekends, dances, theaters, karaokes and fados, and a winery that makes great wine. There are other restaurants and cafés 1 km away, as well as an ATM.
The medieval village of Monsaraz with its castle is about 20 km, and the Great Lake of Alqueva at 30 km, as well as the Fluvial Beach of Monsaraz / Alqueva, we still have at the same distance the Marina of Amieira where we can do small cruises, or water sports.
In Reguengos de Monsaraz we highlight worthy visits, the Cooperativa Agrícola CARMIM, the wineries of the Herdade do Esporão and Monte dos Perdigões.
Also around 30 km away we have the beautiful city of Évora, which is a World Heritage Site, with its monuments, Temple of Diana and Chapel of Bones, and the city of Vila Viçosa with its Ducal Palace.
