Wir haben uns vom 1. Augenblick an pudelwohl gefühlt. Das komplette Personal ist mega nett und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Absolut Top auch das Essen im wunderschönem Biergarten! Rundum ein tollen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lage geht, da man durch ein Einkaufszentrum erst auf die schöne Seite von Regensburg kommt. Laufweg 2 km. Weiter am Wochenende leise da im Wohngebiet. Zimmer ok. Badezimmer insbesondere Dusche sehr eng. Leider war ein älterer Kellner etwas verwirrt. Zuerst hat er im Aussenbereich an verschiedenen Tischen Salate und Besteck vergessen. Am nächsten Morgen wurde einem sogar unterstellt, im Biergarten nicht bezahlt zu haben. Dies nur, weil man den Kassenbon nicht an sich genommen hat. Schon irritierend. Ansonsten eher solide und ok. Ohne diese Vorkommnisse hätte ich auch gut vergeben.

Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Check in war sogar eine Stunde früher möglich. Kommen gerne wieder. Innenstadt ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
