First Floor
Spacious bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full bath. The garage offers plenty of room for bikes and your beach gear.

Second Floor
Open-concept living at its best: dining, kitchen, half bath, and living room with a flat-screen TV, plus a sunny deck to relax after a day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen features a brand-new large refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, plus a wine fridge, new oven/stove, dishwasher, and a Keurig.

Third Floor
Two more bedrooms and a full bath. The primary bedroom features a sunny patio—perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The second bedroom includes twin beds. Each bedroom offers large closet space.

Please note that towels and linens are not included. A linen package is available for $100 and includes sheets, towels, and starter amenities for your entire group. Starter amenities include shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. If you choose to add the linen package, we will have the beds made prior to your check-in. Very good condition but kitchen was not well equipped to make Thanksgiving dinner. Minor inconvenience . Everything else was top notch. Living space seemed smaller than similar 3 bedroom townhouses we have rented in the past. Two of our adult guests cancelled which gave us plenty of room. Prefer full hall bath on level with two bedrooms instead of one small bathroom to share with 4 adults.

This stay was perfect! Robert and Josh were very responsive and even left us with a binder full of ideas for places to go in the area. They thought of everything for us from little bottles of toiletries to parking passes while we were there. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the house is just around the corner from a great breakfast spot. We loved staying here and definitely would again!

Our stay was great, the house was clean and accurately depicted. The communication was excellent. It was an easy flat 15-20 minute walk to the beach past great little local shops and places to eat. The house was well stocked with towels, bed linens and beach chairs. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed.

This is such a great spot! The condo is clean, spacious, warmly decorated and conveniently located for beach access and walking to the shops. We had a great time and Robert was a great host. He responded very quickly and provided necessary updates in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend!
