Property was less than 2 minutes walking to the beach and boardwalk. The location is perfect in terms of things to do and places to eat/drink. Unfortunately the pool was under construction while we were there so it was a tad noisy/busy with them working, but the property made sure to let us know this the week prior to our stay.
