Just a few tips from a local consultant. Provide free coffee in the mornings. Give it's a business forward hotel free coffee is paramount to business class of people. Maybe include orange as well. Lower the cost of soda. It comes from a soda gun, not a from can. I did a cost benefit analysis and it wasn't worth the cost. All of the staff are excellent. That goes for Rich, Jodie, Ryan, and Alberto as well. There's no specific order to my last statement. Provide business cards to the appropriate guests to make them feel acknowledged and welcomed to the hotel. That's all for now...
