I love staying here, it's my go-to place! Staff is friendly, helpful, and they're super awesome. The rooms are clean, and as they breakfast it's more cost effective than a lot of places. And they don't charge an incidental deposit (some of these places charge up to $200! Yo, that's gas money people).

Staff at front desk at check in was friendly, tv in first room was not operational so he quickly moved us into another much nicer room. You pay for what you get so if you just need a place to sleep and not looking for anything fancy this is more than plenty. Conveniently located to outlet shopping, restaurants and stores, in walking distance.

I needed a room for one night only. The receptionist was friendly and gave me a room that was quiet and few people were in rooms surrounding. This was on a weekday in November, so not crowded. The breakfast bar was basic. I had bought a muffin from Wawa on the trip into town, I only needed coffee. The room was clean and what I expected. It is not a fancy place, but was perfect for my one night. Great location on Rt 1 near Rehoboth.

The motel was nice. Nothing over the top, but everything was fine. The breakfast was very limited. There were bagels offered but no knives to even spread butter or jam on them. Very limited breakfast, but everything was fresh and good. I would stay here again. No serious complaints. Everything appeared clean and it was resonably quiet for the area. Bed was comfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times before and it was never this bad. I had random strangers knocking on my door at 2:00 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning randomly asking for people that weren't there they were Tweakers in the parking lot getting high sitting in their car screaming hollering nodding out all over the property I said something to the front desk and she just said what do you expect me to do this is Rehoboth I booked two nights and I left after the first and sacrificed the second night I will never be back
