Great 3-bedroom condo! We were in town for a baseball tournament and had stayed at the Palms before, but this was our first time in this condo. The place was in great condition and very well kept. We do wish the pool had been open, but that was not the condo owner’s fault. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great Stay - highly recommend.

The condo was a great location, close to the outlets, restaurants and beach. We walked to two very good restaurants nearby which was a plus. The pool area was great and we enjoyed the outdoor porches and the condo itself. We will stay here the next time we visit Rehoboth.

Awesome accommodations, great vacation

The property is beautiful and so cozy! Truly felt comfortable being there for a week while we were on vacation. Theresa provided a lot of the basics, pots and pans, utensils, coffee pot and keurig, so we didn’t have to bring too much, though I made breakfast every day. Super close to everything, clean house and cozy, loved every minute of it <3

Cozy

Our stay was awesome! The place was cozy and perfect for our 6 adults and one child. The only issue we had was the beach wasn’t far away, but because of all the traffic it took us longer than we thought to get there.

Super great space and location

Loved the property, we got lucky and found this lovely space which was perfect for our family of six instead of cramming into a hotel room. Short drive to the beach, pool was nice. No complaints unless count wishing there was a toaster

Great stay, had everything we could've wanted

We had a great stay. The property was clean and gave our family plenty of space. The location was convenient to everything we wanted. The owner was very responsive and we really appreciated that. Having beach chairs available was a great space saver for us in packing for the trip. And we loved having the pool available. We will definitely consider returning for future trips!

Family fun :)

Great 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Very clean, comfortable beds/couches, and close to all Rehoboth beach fun. We would recommend jungle Jim’s (waterpark), and the Rehoboth beach boardwalk for families. Condo is decorated very nicely with nice outdoor space as well. Thanks!

Lovely Stay in Rehoboth Beach!

Just returned home from the best vacation ever! This condo was wonderful choice for my family! It was very spacious, beautiful decorated and was minutes away from shopping, the beach and great restaurants. We were comfortable the moment we stepped inside the condo; it was super clean and just felt like home. My family plans to book this condo again when it's available later this summer.

This property was perfect for our family reunion. My 3yr old granddaughter loved the pool and the seashells Teresa had on the living room table. It was very clean and comfortable for ages 3 to 69. We had a few questions upon arriving and Teresa was very responsive. We loved being able to walk to a few breakfast places nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay

A great place to stay!

I have never rented from VRBO before and I was a little nervous because there were no reviews. (Figured they were new to doing this). I trusted my gut and went with it and I’m glad I did. The condo was beautiful! Convenient to everything. The rooms in the condo are very spacious as is the kitchen and living room. I received the welcome packet about a week before we were to arrive online. It outlined everything we needed to know. Communication was outstanding. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay for family vacation

Theresa was a fabulous host who provided a tour book with places to go with my family. The place was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and my 2 teenagers enjoyed the pool area which was also clean and short steps away from her beautiful condo. The condo is in walking distance of Chik-Fil-A, Iron Hill Brewery, and Applebee's. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony after I made it in her up to date kitchen. Rehoboth beach was a short 7 minutes drive and Bethany beach was 20 minutes away (my teens love their funnel fries and gluten free options on Bethany boardwalk restaurants). The washer and dryer was a great bonus that we used before we came home. It is definitely a place we will come back to. I highly recommend it.
