The apartment features a large living room with a sofa bed and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is directly adjacent.

The bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV offers ample storage space for your clothes in the built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is very bright, as all rooms have windows.

In addition to the very large roof terrace belonging to the apartment (approx. 35 m²), the view of the surrounding mountains, such as the Kaiser Mountains and Reit im Winkl, is breathtaking.
