It measures 29 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with a walk-in shower and rain shower).

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

We had a great week. . . . However, the information initially provided about parking locally was inadequate. The host, when messaged, was helpful about this issue.There was no information about rubbish disposal - we were lucky to see bins (for other properties!) on the street for a short period of time, and use them. The apartment was comfortable and convenient for the city.

Très calme. 🙁 Chambre dans une petite pièce très mal éclairée (il faut changer l'ampoule et le lustre). Le lit est trop petit. Canapé peu confortable dans la pièce à vivre. Eclairage SDB de mauvaise qualité (led autour du miroir et ampoule à côté empêchent de se voir correctement pour se maquiller)."

L'emplacement est agréable avec la proximité d'une promenade le long du bras de la Vilaine. 🙁 J'aurais aimé avoir des rideaux occultants. Les voilages ne masquent l'intérieur que pendant la journée. Dès qu'on allume la lumière à l'intérieur, on est visible de l'extérieur... quand bien même les voilages sont noirs ! Je pense que je reviendrai (séjour d'une semaine chaque année), même si l'emplacement n'est pas optimal par rapport à mon lieu de formation (CHR Pontchailloux)"

Molène "Cómoda, tranquila y no muy lejos del centro. 🙂 La ubicación muy bien ya que había mucha zona para aparcar el coche cerca (de pago de 9 a 12h y de 14h a 19h). Andando al centro de Rennes se tardan unos 10 minutos pero el paseo es agradable. El apartamento cómodo y limpio, básico sin mucha pretensión. La cama bastante pequeña pero cómoda. El baño muy correcto, con ducha grande y cómoda. Incluyeron varias toallas para no tener las mismas 3 noches. La cocina/salón bien equipada. Contábamos con un pequeño balcón. La zona muy tranquila, no se oía mucho ruido por las noches. 🙁 Algo más de menaje en la cocina básico como tijeras."
