Disgusting

The room was disgusting!!!!!! If it had not been 1:00 am and we had not been on the road for 12hrs I would have tried to find another place. In top of that even with a credit card on file they charged me a $100.00 cash deposit. Will never come back and will not recommend.

Place was run down worse than some of the Sacramento downtown area motel 6s night clerk gave us two rooms that people were already in third room was actually unoccupied but very run down and dirty

Think twice

We requested a downstairs room due to my wife being disabled. We also told them and paid extra for our dogs. When we first checked in, they tried to put us upstairs (no elevator). I corrected them and they assigned us a room downstairs. Then as I started to leave the lobby, he called me back asking if we had dogs. Well, yes. We paid for them. He took the card key back and said he had to change our room. We were in a downstairs, terrible room. Looks like they tried to paint the bathtub, grout was painted to hide mold, dresser had strange holes in it. The refrigerator froze everything even after turning it down. The corners of carpets were torned up. Our dogs are clean, bring their own blankets and beds. We've stayed here serveral times before and it was always nice. We most likely will not be back. We're sad.

They should have paid me to stay there

Not even sure if the sheets had been washed. The tub was disgusting. We were too much of a rush to complain or look for other accommodations but will never stay there again.

Very dirty . My tub felt like I was in a waterbed standing up. The tub not to mention was rotten and the caulking coimg up MOLD all towles and sheets dirty staff acts like tbwy dont know English you switched to dirtier room with no blanklet on the bed i slept for a night in cold ass reno and he gave a a fitted sheet and two dirty pillows i didn't ask for and they were yellow
