We checked in looked like a nice place got to our room. My kids were putting there suit cases no clothes away…. And they found a bag of drugs with some type of pipe. I told them to immediately not touch it and wash their hands. I went to customer service ask to change rooms and they to comp my room for the incident. They told me they have to do an investigation still haven’t got a hold of me or Dow anything to resolve the problem. So I’m not impressed.

Bed unfomfortable, noisy shower from other room sounded like it was in our bathroom, noise in hall, refrigerator made bubbly sound all night, door didn't shut because refrigerator was to large on cabinet, bright spot lights outside window all night had to keep dark shades pulled. Food ordered for breakfast didn't have since the Wednesday before to Sunday, ordered a blueberry bagel and got plain bagel. Charge of $10 per day to have coffee pot in your room.....charge $10 per day for valet parking. All slot machines were panny slots.....horrible idea. Will not be staying there again. Used to stay all the time we went to Reno but never again since it has changed hands. Also poor choice and very few places to eat in Casino.

The rooms, the shade, the blanket was had to poop I called housekeeping to come clean the room take them 3hours to come for cleaning. I was super disappointed with them.

Jacuzzi in room didn’t work, that was the whole reason we got it. Room service which is supposed to be 24:7 wasn’t answering the phone when I called 3 times. When I asked to speak to a manager they didn’t pick up and the line kept ringing. Extremely disappointed for the price of the room.

Good stay

This was a last minute Friday night resservation so it wasn't a grrst rate but it was a nice stay. The only criticism is that my wife could smell smoke in the room wheter it was coming from a vent or if someone had possibnly smoked in the room. Other than that the room was great.

There used to be allot of other options outside the casino, within walking distance, to eat. Those options have been shuttered lately. I found most of the casino's restaurants were high classed and expensive. No other options but to drive somewhere for a hearty meal.
