Well, to start off my truck was scratched and keyed by people living in a van that was parked in the Ramada Inn parking lot. I contacted the manager showed them. The Van showed him the scratches and they advised me like weren’t responsible. Can’t do nothing about it. Police report was filed. And the people were caught. Now I have to pay to get it fixed! The area is unsafe, the hotel room was dirty, the bathroom door was broken and won’t shut, the bed was broken and leaning to one side. I have been stay here for the pass 3 years when every time we go to Reno. Never have I ever felt so unsafe and stayed in a bad room.

The staff at the Ramada was friendly & accommodating, the room was just ok - it needs updating & there was definitely signs that there was pets in the room before .. the furniture in our room was old & worn out but the room was clean. The parking lot & casino next door , …. Friendly staff but full of homeless people & people doing drugs!..The casino bathrooms had HALF of a door, so women were openly doing drugs because of it.. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life!..I will never go back!

this hotel is the only hotel that accepts cats in reno at the time we were there. be aware that pets have been there before and the rugs are very dirty. But the bathroom, bed sheets and the bathroom were very clean. better flooring for pets would have been better. there were a lot of homeless people and drug attics mostly at night.” but we were happy that they allowed our fur babies to stay in

There is a railroad train that passes every 1 to 2 hours starting from 130 am all day on and off after that. The staff was good… the area is not to good!!!

I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel and noticed that housekeeping could pay closer attention to detail with cleaning, particularly since the property is pet-friendly. While I appreciate that the hotel welcomes pets, it would be helpful if certain floors were designated as pet-free. This would provide more comfort for guests with allergies or sensitivities.

I felt really safe within the property and really liked my room, especially having a sofa in my room. I did feel it was slightly unsafe around the property, but there was a staff person outside the door, so I do think if there was an issue it would have been promptly addressed. Super minor, but I thought there could have been more large towels supplied, there was only one and two would have been better.
