Homeless in and around casino! People asking for money in parking lot. Phone, coffee pot, and TV didn’t work. No carts to move luggage. Had to have a room card to get out of the casino to get in the hotel. That’s to keep the homeless out! My snow chains were stolen from my truck. I could go on but I think you get the pictures

Price was good. We booked 2 standard rooms and received an upgrade for one room without asking. Needs refurbishing, broken TV, although technician, Thomas, was nice and responsive. Holes in the carpet, food stain on the sheet and broken lock on the bathroom door. Bathroom was clean. Front desk check-in was a bit lengthy.

The property location felt unsafe. The rooms were sparse, a thin bedspread for a blanket and two tiny pillows. Not enough towels, and none available at front desk. In rough part of town. There are a lot of vagrants around the hotel. Casino is sketchy to say the least. Felt good inside the room, it kept hearing the train blowing the horn every hour through the night. Just needed a place to sleep, but didn’t sleep well

All the knobs on the faucets loose screws ready to fall out , no water pressure from the shower head. Just poor maintenance also the people outside sketchy, I also found an unused 9mm bullet so that’s shows what kind of people hang around there. Will not stay there again.

The rooms were not completely cleaned. Hair was left in the tub from previous use. Previously-used towel was still hanging in the bathroom the bathtub drain was partially blocked faucets were rusty and old. Coffee in the room was very good.

Great weekend stay

King room with couch was really nice. A bit outdated furniture and carpet but overall good for the price. Nice flat screen tv with cable and good views. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well. pet friendly too which is a plus.
