The cozy thatched roof house, built in 2015 with 140sqm of living space, has an inviting open living and kitchen area with connection to the terrace and the garden. On the ground floor is the 1st Bathroom with shower, toilet incl. Washing machine. The house is designed for up to 8 adults and 1 toddler. A staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms, the 2nd Bathroom with toilet, shower & bath tub, upstairs. The house is located 650m from the Baltic Sea beach and about 15 minutes walk from the city center, which offers you an optimal mix between tranquility and proximity to attractions.

Sehr schönes, großes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen sehr genossen. Auch die Lage ist top und wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt, hat man genug Platz im Haus. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Für uns hätten die Betten bequemer sein können - insbesondere die Einzelbetten, die für Kinder gedacht sind, aber bei uns von Erwachsenen belegt waren. Das ist jedoch subjektiv. Wir wünschen alles Folgenden einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Gelungenes langes Wochenende

Wir waren anlässlich eines runden Geburtstages im kleinen Familienkreis in Rerik. Für nur vier Personen ist das Haus sehr großzügig. Die moderne Ausstattung (Fußbodenheizung, Bohse-Soundsystem, Bewegungsmelder beim Licht usw.) hat uns begeistert. Die Sauna zu haben - gerade an kalten Herbsttagen - war großartig. Die fröhlich bunt gestreifte Bettwäsche hat mir gefallen, die Matratzen waren komfortabel und dass das Haus dekoriert ist mit Fotos vom Eigentümer gibt dem Ganzen eine private Note und tritt positiv aus dem sonst üblichen Deko-Allerlei hervor. Einzig den Kamin habe ich mir tatsächlich als Kamin vorgestellt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für das Haus!

Das Haus gefiel der ganzen Familie; wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Mit drei Generationen unter einem Dach war es praktisch, dass wir zwei Badezimmer hatten, auch Spuelmaschine und Waschmaschine waren hilfreich. Alles war sauber, und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der sehr nette Vermieter hatte uns sein Fahrrad zur Verfügung gestellt, so dass ich morgens Broetchen holen konnte.

Wir sind mit 6 Personen in diesem tollen Haus gewesen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Es mangelte an nichts.Das Haus war einfach nur sehr schön.Ein ganz großen Dank an die sehr netten Vermieter.Wenn Fragen waren wurde uns sofort geholfen.Also besser geht es nicht.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Familienwochenende in diesem sehr gemütlichem Ferienhaus verlebt. das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Das gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienhaus (mit vielen schönen Fotos des Besitzers von der Umgebung) ist ideal für Urlaub mit Freunden (wir waren zu sechst) bzw. einer großen Familie. Die Küchenausstattung bietet alles was benötigt wird und Bose-Lautsprecher waren selbst in den Badezimmer installiert. Ein weiteres Highlight war die für ein Ferienhaus recht große Sauna. Für alle, die gerne Fisch essen, können wir das urige Restaurant Weinhold in Rerik sehr empfehlen. Die Lage erlaubt Tagesausflüge u.a. nach Wismar, Kühlungsborn oder Rostock, das Radwegesystem ist bestens und ein schöner Wanderweg führt an der Steilküste entlang. Zudem gibt es Strand, Strand, Strand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, Herrn Lüdtke, funktionierte bestens und fix. Vor dem Aufenthalt erhielten wir eine umfangreiche Broschüre zum Haus, zur Anreise und der Umgebung, er begrüßte uns persönlich und nach der Abreise schickte er uns als "Andenken" ein ansprechendes Video. Vielen Dank. Wir können das Haus nur emphehlen.

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub!

Wir haben einen 3-Generationen-Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus verlebt. Uns hat es allen gefallen - vom vier Monate alten Baby, über die Eltern bis zu Oma und Opa. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und bietet mit vier Schlafzimmern, von denen wir drei genutzt haben, genug Raum, um sich zurück zu ziehen, aber in dem luftigen Küchen-und-Wohnbereich auch Platz, um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. In 11 Minuten ist man an den Strand spaziert. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und auf jeden unserer Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit - Wir empfehlen Sie gern weiter und kommen ebenso gern wieder!

Winter an der Ostsee

Das moderne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus bot genug Platz für 7 Erwachsene (3 Paare und 1 Einzelperson), sodass ein freudvolles familiäres Miteinander leicht möglich war. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ebenfalls geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Alles, was gebraucht wurde, war da, und die Schränke hatten noch genug Kapazität für Mitgebrachtes. Das Haus ist noch ziemlich neu und ausgeprochen gepflegt. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit, sodass ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand wentlicher Bestandteil unseres Aufenthaltes unter dem Motto "Winter am Meer" sein konnten. Wir hatten eine durch und durch gelungene Auszeit aus dem Alltag.

Sehr schönes Haus mit netten Vermietern

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in Rerik verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war vorbildlich. Zum Strand sind es ca. 600m. Zum Edeka mit Bäcker sind es 1,5km. Für ein paar schöne Tage an der Ostsee können wir das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Angenehmer Ostseeurlaub in sehr schönem Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem , was man braucht. Zusätzlich wurde 2. Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Haus ist in angenehm ruhiger Gegend. Vermieter hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer, empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Toller Urlaub, tolles Haus

Wir verbrachten die letzte Woche vor dem Corona Lockdown in diesem tollen Haus. Eine kurzfristige Buchung 3 Tage vor der Anreise war hier kein Problem. Sehr netter Kontakt bereits vor der Buchung zu Herrn Lütdke. Über die Rückfrage, ob wir zufrieden sind, waren wir positiv überrascht. Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin war sehr gut und war für Fragen oimmer verfügbar. Ein Defekt an der Duschbrause wurde umgehend beseitigt. Die Sauna war top und sorgte für zusätzliche Entspannung. Die Gegend ist toll und es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung. Wir wurden mal wieder nicht von der deutschen Ostsee enttäuscht. Dieses Haus kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Es waren 4 Generationen unter einem Reetdach und alle waren sehr zufrieden.

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Auch rerik ist klasse. Der Strand ist sehr schön und die Restaurants. Wir haben Kühlungsborn besichtigt, waren im Wonnemar in Wismar baden und bei Karl's. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es auch gerne jedem weiter.
