Top Lage mit Defiziten bei der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Rerik - perfekt, um essen zu gehen und den Hafen zu bewundern. Nur kurz über die Straße und man ist direkt am Strand zum Baden oder für Sonnenuntergänge. Der Reriker Strand ist traumhaft schön und bietet verschiedene Zugänge im Ort, u.a. nahe der Touristinfo durch einen Wald. Ausflüge in den Gespensterwald, nach Rostock, Warnemünde oder Wismar lohnen sich sehr.Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr klein, was erstmal nicht stört, ich aber für 4 Personen nicht empfehle. Als wir reinkamen, begrüßte uns der Geruch nach Hund (so rochen dann auch die Sofakissen, wsl. lag dort ein Hund drauf) sowie ein beißender Geruch im Bad und Staub auf dem Handtuchhalter. Staub war auch reichlich unter den Betten und im Wohnzimmer um den TV sowie bei der Deko zu finden. Alleine war man auch nicht, denn es gab etliche Spinnweben und kleine Spinnentiere (manchmal auch größere). Der Balkon ist nett, um aufs Salzhaff zu schauen, aber draufgesetzt hätten wir uns aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit und Pflege niemals. Die Außenanlagen sind ungepflegt und das Parken eine Katastrophe. Wir haben oft rangieren müssen, da wir gegenüber von Mitarbeitenden der Restaurants zugeparkt wurden und beinahe nicht rauskamen. Am letzten Abend fand bis 2 Uhr nachts das Hafffest statt, was uns um den Schlaf brachte. Hier sollte man ggf bis auf 24 Uhr beschränken. Fazit: Toller Strandurlaub in super Lage mit verbesserungsbedürftiger Fewo. Rerik gern wieder, aber andere Unterkunft.
