Mostly good, but some key flaws
Good. Location, sunlight, amenities, security, clean,
Medium. Looked good, but furniture was not upholstered enough, kitchen missing towels, cleaner, sponges, trash bags.
BAD. The worst bed I have ever had in a vrbo. The ad was for a queen, which would have been fine but it had been changed out for a king, which was I believe a king box spring meant to stage the apartment. Our contact was helpful, she purchased a bed topper which helped somewhat.
Other - Really could have used a notebook with information on operations. I was sent things to print out which I did but there were things left out that could have been helpful. most important was a lack of instructions for apartment key operation which required that you lock the key with an electronic fob when you left because it otherwise did not lock. Nor did it lock if you were there unless you activated the dead bolt (subtle). Also tv offerings and operation required investigation.
Tub was one of the deep ones and could have used a grab bar to help entry.
We stayed for three weeks, so I felt it was worth it to convey how the experience could have been improved. This setting is a 22 story apartment building with some vrbo units mixed in.
