Do not stay here. It’s an apartment building that has horrific parking if parking a car. And the company that manages these is not available if anything goes wrong. I booked for a business trip from CA and got to the building around 10pm for check in however the front desk at the apartments didn’t have my reservation permission from the management company to check in- no envelope- they had my name but nothing else that was told would be there to check in room keys and such- we both called the emergency hotline and were answered with sorry I’m just the guy taking the calls then I forward them to the office in New York and they will be reaching out to you - in the mean time two hours past waiting for someone to call us after waiting on hold for over an hour and multiple attempts - mind you this isn’t communicated online that it’s an APARTMENT building so they had no way to get me a room. 1:00 AM rolls around and the apartment building gets me an emergency key for maintenance because they feel bad and let me into the room technically without permission just to help. I didn’t get a call until 8:30 the next morning from the office saying they were out for the night and apologize and will get me a key that evening. They also double charged me for parking - and don’t even get me started on check out. Absolutely horrible. I travel 20+ trips a year for business and will never stay here again.
