Best part of this hotel is the fitness center. It is almost the size of a gym that you would pay a membership. The rooms are large and well appointed. Hotel sits right in the midst of Reston Town Center. Great location, comfortable rooms, great gym!!

We arrived on Monday November 24, however, the next morning there was no water. We called the front desk to find out when the water was coming back and they said in two hours. The water cabe back about two hours later but we didn't get hot water. We had to leave the hotel without getting showers because we had tickets for some events in Washington D.C. When we arrived that evening finally there was hot water. The rest of the stay we had no more issues. I belive we should be compensated in some way for this problem. Thank you, Arturo Rubalcava

My shower had no water pressure and the hair dryer only blew out cold air. The staff gave no information on the parking garage or how to operate the elevator that you have to use your key. There were water bottles in the fridge in the room but no information on if they cost something or were free. There needs to be more information given or displayed so you know.
