Nestled within a lush 3,000 sq. m. private estate surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean greenery, Villa Rosemary is a charming two-storey retreat of 105 sq. m., just 15 km from the vibrant town of Rethymno and only 1 km from the nearest sandy beach. Within walking distance, you’ll also find a few traditional taverns and local cafés that capture the authentic spirit of Crete.



Blending comfort and elegance, the villa features two beautifully appointed bedrooms – one with a double bed on the ground floor and another with two single beds on the upper floor – each with its own en-suite bathroom. The upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub with relaxing water jets, while the open-plan living area offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining space, and a cozy lounge with satellite TV.



Outdoors, the villa unfolds into a small paradise of olive groves, fruit trees, and aromatic herbs, all at your disposal to use in your cooking. The extensive gardens host a magnificent 85 sq. m. private swimming pool with an attached children’s pool, surrounded by ample sunbathing areas and shaded corners for peaceful relaxation. Built-in sunbathing islands and high-quality loungers create an inviting atmosphere for all-day enjoyment.



For guests visiting during the cooler months (April, May, September, October, and November), the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost of 50 euros per day, with at least one week’s notice required before arrival.

Tolle villa

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Gerade die ganzen Kräuter die um das Haus rum gewachsen sind und der Gemüsegarten in dem wir uns einfach kostenlos bedienen durften war ein Traum… nur die Dusche sollte mal entkalkt werden;) aber gerne wieder🤗

Jolie décoration particulièrement les chambres Environnement magnifique dans un parc d oliviers et potagers. Calme Par contre l annonce ne précise pas que la maison se situe dans un domaine de 3 maisons. Peu d intimité d autant que 3 personnes par jour entretenaient le domaine (désherbage, tonte) Même s ils étaient discrets cela était vraiment gênant.
