Located opposite Mitropoleos square, only a few minutes walk from Fortezza's castle and the Venetian harbor, the property is encircled by restaurants, bars and shops. Rethymno's sandy beaches are just a stroll away from the villa.
The land on which the building is situated on, used to be the treasury of the the Russian army during their occupation of Crete (1898-1909).
