Beautiful Family Apartment

The apartment is in an hotelbuilding which is runed by the family Foidl. You can not find a more quite place, a more beautiful scenery and a more magical place in the Region. It is really Magic, there are wild deer running around, sometimes maybe a Fox crosses by, you can here the birds, it is wonderful. The Apartment has two rooms, and an extra Couch where two more People can sleep. So it suits for Sven. A large kitchen with sitting area, two balconies, two bathrooms, an entrance area, WIFI, flatscreen TVs in each room.

We were here for one night while visiting Neuschwanstein castle just over the border in Germany. Check-in was simple - even with an emergency situation the property manager faced, they made adjustments that still met our needs so our check-in, our night’s stay, and our check-out were super simple. The area is remote and green and beautiful.

You Feel Like You Are In the Movies

This place is just amazing. The mountains and forest are everywhere you look. I can not explain how beautiful this place is. They also have ebikes or regular bikes you can rent. So many trails to visit right out your front door. The one we took took us to this lake in the mountains. Place was super clean. We had a wonderful time!

Great place in a secluded setting

We loved our stay at Tannehof. We were traveling with three generations of family and our accommodations worked out perfectly for us. We felt close to many nearby sights and restaurants, but still were removed enough where we could see the fog lift over the mountains in the morning and hear cow bells at night. Very peaceful.

Great Hideaway for Families

We loved our stay at Tappenhof. It was close to many castles and the Zugspitze. The rooms were spacious and the suite we had was plenty of room for our family of four. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. We also like the availability of food and drinks. We highly recommend this place.

I love this place, it is very comfortable and charming. We were only there 2 nights, so we could do some nearby hiking, but it would be a good choice for longer stays as well. They even rent bikes for the full day or just for an evening ride. We were there in the summer, but I had the impression it is a good homebase for winter sports as well.

Had a wonderful stay. Only regret is that we didn’t plan more time in this area. The apartment was extremely clean with all the conveniences. Very large space and extremely comfortable beds. Parking was no problem. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend and hope to be back.
