Be aware that the security deposit they hold may not be released and you will have to fight for it. 9 days after check out and I am still fighting to get it released. I have contacted my bank and will be lodging a complaint via BBB. They have been unhelpful and making up excuses.

We had a wonderful family stay at Basecamp Resorts in Revelstoke. The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, which made it perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. We especially loved the beautiful mountain and river views. The amenities were great, including everything we needed, and the room itself was a highlight. Overall, we really enjoyed the location, views, room, staff, and amenities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Quaint little property with a gorgeous tranquil water view right in front of the room. This was just our stop on the way to Banff but ended up being a very memorable stay. The amenities are practical and well prepared for the unassuming traveler. I had a great time here.
