1. No way to hang your clothes, no closet or clothes space. 2. Lack of proper lighting, very dim. 3. No desk or chair to sit at, in order to use a lap top. 4. Curtains aren't hung properly, in order to close at the center. Positives, nice at the counter, beds ok, but looked used under bed spread, drooping. 5. We compared room across the hall, it was much mor updated and twice as good. Disappointed that we were given that room! I don't think I will return to substandard conditions.

It was a really good stay everything was clean and felt clean. The parking could use an update. And they first sent us to a room with one of the beds flipped on its side. But they gave us a new room right away.

Our room was filthy. Sticky spots all over the carpet, the bathroom walls were smeared with something gross. The hot tub was clean but the jets were hardly working. The saving grace was the evening staff. Both of the young men we dealt with were fabulous. The morning staff, not so much. The breakfast area was a disaster. Trash and syrup all over the counters, while the staff sat in the chair in the lobby. Glad we didnt pay much to stay there. We won't be staying there again.

Really loud, the pool was below us and kids were screaming for 2 or 3 days all dwy and late in to the night, called down a few times with assurances that they would fix it but thekids never stopped being loud. Requested a refund during the stay but was denied.

Payed for a King room and received a queen. I could hear the conversations of other guests through the wall and up above our room. When I questioned the front desk lady about why we were in a queen when I payed for a king she stated they didn’t have any Kings available. Why would they advertise for Kings if they don’t have them? Super unimpressed and will never be staying again. The front desk lady(also the assistant manager) snapped when I asked about the King room after I had just expressed that we traveled over 3 hours in a blizzard and were just arriving at 10:30 pm.

I did the online check in. It asked if I needed anything. I asked for extra pillows. Didn’t get them. Only got 2 towels for 4 people. Stayed for 4 days and they didn’t give us more linens or take out the trash. The place was really nice. The room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast as expected- get down early to get the muffins, fruit and hard boiled eggs as they were gone quickly and not replenished. Didn’t get a good nights sleep x’s 2 nights- heater was very noisy. Our room faced the street and there was constant, audible truck noise that woke us up all night.

A good 3 star hotel.

We thought we were getting a king sized room with a jetted tub, but ended up with a queen size (that was firmer than I would have liked) and a bubble up tub that didn't work. It is an older hotel and shows its age. The breakfast was okay, but not great with limited choices. The shower was great. It was a good location in town close to most of the things we wanted to do.

The staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable. The bath tub was dirty, . We stayed for 3 nights, no room cleaning had to ask for clean towels and take our own trash out and ask for trash bags. Pool and hot tub were great.
