Although there aren’t staff present other than housekeeping, the team were very helpful with providing information and also allowing early check-in. The rooms were very clean and spacious, provided hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge - this was essential for us. Great location - walking distance from the city centre. The Hotel is wonderful. I prefer a more quiet place to stay when I travel, so I look for a bed further away from downtowns and the hustle and bustle. Since Reykjavik is easy to walk or use the city bus, I had access to everything I needed. I didn't have a car, so I can't comment on parking. The self check-in was simple and straightforward. My room was comfy and clean. The private bathroom was awesome. There are plenty of food spots and groceries nearby, as well as some stores.
