Very nice and clean hotel in a convenient, walkable location - especially if you're planning on doing anything on/near the harbor. We got unseasonably warm weather so had the windows open for air flow, which can be noisy if everyone is out in the park. Great friendly staff. Overall enjoyed our stay!

I wish we had more time at this charming place. We disembarked from our cruise. The front desk personnel stored our luggage so that we could explore the area since our room wasn't available. When we returned, our luggage had already been placed in our room. The room was very clean. The hotel was in the perfect location to walk to many of the sights we wanted to hit. It was a nice 'base' to go to each time we ventured out. Just wish we could've stayed a little longer (we checked out at 5:15 a.m. to catch our flight). If ever we return, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

If you are too hot and have to open the windows, the noise from outside is unbearable. Also, the black night lights by the bed cannot be turned off. You have basically have to remove your card that control the electrical power of the room in order to shut them off. If you do so, none of the electrical outlets in the room will work and whatever you planned to charge over night (e.g. phone, headphones, etc.) will not be charged.

As soon as I had a shower the entire bathroom flooded and the water had no where to go. I dont know why the layout in the bathroom is what it is but this must happen everytime. The rest of the night when I wanted to use the bathroom I had to walk through water to get to sink or toilet. No solution offered by front desk. Had to ask for a mop mgself. Would never stay here again
