This is a nice hotel in a good location, a bit quieter location, but still within 15 min walk to many attractions shops and restaurants. I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel but it is very nice, professional and clean with friendly staff. I would recommend.

We stayed at Grandi by Centre Hotels for 5 nights and from start to finish it was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and friendly and helped with any questions we had. The room was lovely. We had a balcony, no furniture but we made do with what we had. When we arrived to the room I was greeted with a note and a selection on mini cakes as it was my birthday- a nice touch. The spa was fab and relaxing. Breakfast had a great choice and staff were on hand to replenish when things were running low. The hotel location was within walking distance from the harbour and a few shops. Down town bars are within walking distance too. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank all of the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Location of the hotel is great, 5-10 minute walk into the centre. Even managed to catch the aurora outside the hotel. Rooms were spacious, but lacked storage especially in the bathroom with no shelving to put your stuff Had issues with current construction, making it impossible to stay in your rooms at all in the day as the noise was too much. So if you need a preflight rest in the day, it’s not going to happen Pre booking the spa should be advertised. As it had to be 24hrs in advance, so if you stay for 1 night you basically can’t use it. The hot tubs and sauna was lovely and a great addition. But a shame that the booking of using it is not as relaxing as the spa

We had an excellent stay at Grandi. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean as well as the bedding and towels. The general area near reception is a great vibe with a great sitting area and vibrant feel. This hotel is absolutely worth a stay as I couldn't find a fault.

We loved our stay here! The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The spa is absolutely heavenly! It’s a must! We especially loved seeing the cat Mango-Chutney who would pop by every so often in the lobby.

Great location, common areas were beautiful and had a great breakfast spread. Rooms were very basic. Free parking by the harbor was great and handy. Can walk to great restaurants. Highly recommend.
