Excellent hotel

The staff, room and service were all excellent. In fact, we even received a phone call from the staff telling us the Northern Lights were out - they had rung everyone in the hotel. It was about 1130 but we all appreciated the call. The only negative was the rooms are too hot - the heating needs to be reduced somehow.

Handy hotel to Keflavic Airport

Pros: Comfortable room for single traveller. Helpful front desk staff. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Communication could be improved as no-one met me at airport despite a request though wotif. More cover from rain would be useful outside entry
Location: Hotel located 10 minutes drive from Keflavik Airport
Comfortable hotel 10 minutes drive from Keflavic Airport. Room was comfortable and acceptable for a single traveller. Disappointed that no-one met me at airport despite an email request made about a week prior. Staff however were helpful in arranging transport for me to Reykjvik and taking me to the airport to catch the bus. Breakfast was a good buffet style.
