Fantastic Stay

Fantastic Hotel, Rooms were very clean and modern, good selection to choose from at breakfast wasn't stuck for chooses between food and drink, used the Restaurant a couple of nights for dinner food was fantastic and due to staying at the hotel received discount on the total bill. Gym and spa facilities were perfect after a long day driving about and adventuring the cold winter of Iceland. Opening times are perfect and weren't crowded creating a nice relaxing experience. plenty of parking if renting a car but can be busier over the weekends but never had an issue getting a spot. easy location to get around the city from. Very central and close to all the local food places and bars.

A really lovely hotel. Plenty of places to park the car and located very well within walking distance of the centre of Reykjavik. We were half board and I have to say the both the breakfast and dinner were amazing. The evening meal options were great and we always took advantage of the Happy Hour to have a beer. Would definitely stay again if we came back to Iceland.

This was a great hotel for an our short break to Reykjavík. The staff were incredibly helpful from sorting out the safe to booking tours. The outside hot tub was a great facility after a day of walking. Close proximity to the main shopping area and restaurants/bars/sea. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Nice spa, but missing some key basics

The room was among the most minimally equipped I’ve ever stayed in. No dresser and no wardrobe, just a shelf with four slots for some clothes. The shower would not stay a consistent temperature and would oscillate between cold and burning hot, almost to the point where it was painful. Hot tub in the spa was nice though.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, from the friendly helpful reception staff, high standard of cleanliness, comfortable room, to the spa with outdoor hot tub. Very convenient location as the toyr buses pick up either right outside the hotel or a few minutes walk away. Nice walk down the main shopping street into the town centre and harbour. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Reykjavik.

Had an amazing stay, enjoyed the hotel very much. The only part I did not enjoy is the shower in the room, the water does not get very hot and the half door on the shower makes for a cold shower.
