It was a construction zone. Although apartment itself was finished, no privacy in first floor if you need small window to open. People on sidewalk stare into apartment through large windows. Parking situation not good. Very noisy with upstairs people and construction. Very angry about this stay and will not use Expedia again. This apartment should never have been rentable, I felt like I had been scammed and taken as it was not inexpensive. Shame in Expedia!!!
