We had a great stay at Rey Apartments in Reyjavik. Our room was fantastic and we loved having a kitchenette and lounge to use in the mornings and evening. The place is located very close to the city center, which makes sightseeing very easy. There's not enough parking space for all visitors, so we had to figure out something in the paid parking zones, of which there are plenty around. The biggest problems were the shower curtains and the shower ventilation. The curtains stink, and the ventilation made a really loud and obnoxious, high-pitched whining noise whenever it was on. The hosts accidentally directed us to the wrong apartment, but luckily they are all nearby, and the hosts are easy to reach by phone.
