Just returned from a week stay in the Stay Apartments.. highly recommended.. we stayed in a basement room.. was perfect for us. Beds comfy.. room warm.. showers hot..location was perfect 17 mins walk to bus station.. 29 mins walk to harbour.. coffee shop opposite and a Bonus round the corner.. will suggest this place to any friends who plan to visit :) we loved it. Feb 2024.

I would not consider booking with this property in the future based on my experience when facing an imminent medical emergency. The property's rigid attitude in the midst of extenuating circumstances was extremely upsetting. It made a traumatic situation that much worse despite there being very little cost to the property to consider reasonable concessions for extreme, mitigating factors. Truly disappointed.

The location is just 5mins walk from the main shopping street. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a laundry room for those who needs to do washing. Free parking right outside the property is definitely a bonus for those who are planning to drive around Iceland. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

The property was clean and safe. Nice bathroom/shower! Good to have a kitchen and 2 bedrooms, lots of space. Parking was free and easy which was helpful. Grocery store 2 blocks away. Very good stay overall, would definitely recommend. I was nervous about not having a front desk, but immediate response via email when needed! Easy check-in.
