** Beautiful vacation apartment in the center of Rhauderfehn **

Dear holidaymaker,

In our beautiful spa town of Rhauderfehn, you’ll find lovely canals and great bike paths. From our apartment, you’re within walking distance of a bakery and several shopping options. You can quickly reach the dike by bike. You can lock your bikes in a storage room located next to the house.
We renovated the apartment in 2020.
The ground floor features a kitchen and a dining area.
The dining area features a loft. The electric skylights let in plenty of light and offer a view of the sky. The bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet, is also located on the ground floor.
As a little highlight, we’ve built a platform between the ground floor and the upper floor as a chill-out spot for kids and teens. A TV is mounted so that the kids can relax there.

On the loft, you’ll find armchairs where you can curl up and read.

The living area is located on the upper floor. The sofa is electrically operated and converts into a sleeping area for two people.

There are two bedrooms on the upper floor.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second room features a high-quality pull-out sofa bed—complete with a mattress!

The patio is located right next to the kitchen.
When the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast on the patio. Here you’ll also find a beach chair, seating, and a grill.

A parking space is located right next to the house.

The storage room for bicycles is located right next to the house.
