The completely newly furnished apartment has a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), another bedroom with box spring bed (140 x 200 cm) and a high quality, red longitudinal sleeper sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200 cm). You will find the luxuriously furnished, spacious living room and bedroom with its magnificent view over the market square and the opposite Stadtkirche St. Dionys love. In addition to the already mentioned sofa bed, the room has a real leather upholstered suite, a large-screen TV and a dining area. This is followed by the fitted kitchen with stove, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Not to be missed is the bathroom with shower and the two separate toilets. Wi-Fi is available everywhere, pets are not allowed. The apartments are located in one of the oldest and at the same time most beautiful houses of the city, a listed, newly modernized town house from the Renaissance. Names of the apartments are the Rentmeister Johan Lethmate and his wife Anna von Beesten, who had already rebuilt the 1647 destroyed house in 1649. When booking both apartments at the same time, 12 adults and children will find plenty of space on around 170 square meters of living space. The apartments are right next to each other in the 1st. First floor of a newly modernized town house from 1649. Both apartments have new bathrooms, toilets and fitted kitchens that leave nothing to be desired. For guests with disabilities, an elevator in the stairwell is available by arrangement. Bicycles can be stored safely and weatherproof in the lockable courtyard. The builders of the time, Anna von Beesten and Johan Lethmate, are the godfather of the two apartments with their first names.  The apartments are variable in size, so that they can be booked by individual arrangement with us not only individually for 6 or together for 12 people, but also for 2 or 10 people plus children.
