The elevator floor 2 button didnt work most of the time. When i asked about it the lady told me that she had another customer complained about it but when she checked it worked. The tv wasnt working when i called down was told to unplug and plug it back in. Still didnt work after that.

My room was clean and nice. Very noisy hallway Can hear every door that opens and closes. Would have liked to have had a vending machine. Had to purchase items at front desk. Was nice they had a variety of pizzas they could make in a pizza oven for guests.

Reasonably quiet for bike week. Breakfast was greasy, we only ate one day of the 4 days we were there. Room was fairly clean with the exception of the bathroom. One wall had quite a bit of mold next to the shower and the phone cord was covered in filth. We were only in the room to sleep and shower so it didnt bother us too much.
