Fabulous house let down by the hosting

First, the positives; the house is lovely. The beds were comfortable and the location is great . However. the drone photo showing the pool is misleading as the house show in that is not the house you will be staying in. There is no view of the pool from the house and the view from the balcony is blocked by a disused restaurant that is attached to the house. Unfortunately our experience was let down by the rather casual attitude of the host. The lovely looking smart TV was not working. When we enquired he had a quick look, suggested we might have messed around with the cables then said he'd have to get in touch with his TV 'guy' who was holidaying in the UK. Despite a couple of reminders the problem was never resolved meaning we spend the week without the TV. Then, after four days the internet stopped working. As it was the weekend, we were told nothing could be done. Then on Monday the problem was solved (the host told us that it had been just a matter of paying a bill) for half an hour when it stopped working again. The host told us to try rebooting the system (he never offered to come round and help) which never worked and in the end (much as with the TV) we just gave up and resigned ourselves to seeing out the holiday with no wifi. We did try and take up the matter with the house's booking manager who explained the host is a very busy man and that things are difficult to solve in Greece! It's such a shame because with proper management this property could be fabulous.
