Several beaches, old town, cafes, bars, restaurants, historic center and central bus station serving the entire island less than 10 minutes away. Very quiet pedestrian street. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a washing machine, courtyard and terrace.
Housing
The house has just been completely renovated to accommodate the family during the holidays. It is therefore fully equipped to live there with all the comfort necessary for a good vacation. You will feel more like you are in a real house than in a rental house for tourists.

Access to all rooms in the house depends on the number of occupants. Thus, for an occupancy of 4 people or more, the entire house is accessible. For 2 people, access will be limited to the rooms on the ground floor: you will therefore have access to 1 large bedroom with queen size bed, 1 shower room with toilet and washing machine, 1 living room with kitchen and the interior courtyard. For 3 people, only the ground floor bedroom (with queen size bed) remains closed but you have access to all the other rooms in the house (including 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor: 1 with personal shower room and toilet and queen bed size and 1 other with 2 single beds) as well as the sunny terrace and the courtyard on the ground floor.
