With both a charming traditional village and a huge stretch of beach a fifteen minute walk from Kerasia, this super brand new villa boasts fabulous sea views and plenty of style! Gennadi village is one of those hidden gems, tucked away in the south of the island, a peaceful beach resort just a 10 minute drive to Pefkos and Lindos, so handy to explore these famous hot spots. The oblong shaped pool will keep keen swimmers fit with plenty of room to do lenghts, and the terrace overlooks the countryside leading down to the coastline. The villa is elegantly designed with lots of key notes reflecting the individual flair of the owner, yet is practical and comfortable, it boasts 3 bedrooms situated around the main living areas ( one externally accessed or via another bedroom) and is on one level. The living room is also equipped with a NETFLIX TV for your entertainment. Gennadi village has plenty of restaurants to choose from, a few beach bars to enjoy your favourite beverage and a couple of mini-markets with a central square that bustles in the evenings.
