Amazing Ocean Views

Wonderful rural property with amazing views of the ocean. Unique house with outdoor entrances to each room!!! Very clean and newly renovated.

Appartement qui ne vaut pas le prix demandé. Sun madeira (le locateur) ne répond pas à notre demande d'indemnisation.L’accès (entrée extérieure) au logement était envahi de plantes que nous avons partiellement coupées et repoussées àa notre arrivée.Des parties du logement étaient sales et nous avons nous-mêmes procédé au nettoyage de la terrasse et des meubles de rangement pour nous installer. Ils sont revenus faire un nettoyage à notre demande.Il y avait de la moisissure sur des murs.Des coquerelles entraient dans la cuisine la nuit.Deux lézards morts étaient au fond de la poubelle (dès notre arrivée), entre le sac et le fond de la poubelle.Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau pendant 4 heures un matin. Nous vous avons interpellé à ce sujet. On a dû aller chercher de l’eau chez une voisine. Le parasol en évidence était brisé. Un second nous a ensuite été fourni. Le ventilateur était brisé. Il a été réparé à notre demande.L’appartement nécessite 6 différentes clés non identifiées pour les 6 portes, ce qui demande beaucoup de temps pour barrer ou débarrer les portes.Une des serrures ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour et nous avons dû attendre un serrurier, faisant que nous avons dû rester à l’appartement.Le Wifi cessait souvent de fonctionner.Des chiens aboient à répétition aux alentours. Cotés positifs : la grande terrasse et sa vue sur l'océan et les plantations. Le secteur.

Logement non adapté en cas de mauvais temps. Cuisine tres petite sans micro onde, peu d'ustensiles et souvent en mauvais état (notamment poële). Pas de veritable sejour avec table. Équipement terrasse minimaliste. Bon contact avec agence MST

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus. Es ist wundervoll bei aufgehender Sonne auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Ungewohnt war der fehlende Flur (alle Zimmer gehen zur Terrasse raus).Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation!
