My friend and I stayed here for 9 days and it felt like home after a while. The staff was so friendly, greeting us coming and going like we were family! The free breakfasts were delicious and well-rounded -- everything you could possibly want. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant one night (there were plenty of options nearby as well, so we tried a new one every night) and the service and food was exceptional. The beach nearby was wonderful for walks (though it was too cold for us to swim in March). Driving around the island was very easy; our location allowed us to visit anywhere we wanted within 30-60 minute drive.

This is a very nice hotel with beautiful views of the ocean. The dining area similarly has open views of the ocean, giving a very calming atmosphere. The indoor pool is huge, with very nice tiles, one of the nicest that I have seen. The staff are very attentive and helpful. This was a very relaxed stay.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Very quiet rooms. Loved the healthy breakfast and lovely bar area, great pool and rec area. The staff alway pleasant and helpful. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If I had one issue, that would be the open concept bathroom with a glass wall to the room. But they tried to mitigate that problem by adding a curtain that provides some privacy.

Location could not be better, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and well kept up, and it has everything you need whether you’re staying in or going out exploring. Pros: - We were fresh off a red eye flight and were given a free room upgrade and early check in! - Location is super easy to access from the main highways but is still just a 5 minute walk from the center of Ribeira Grande. - Central location means you’re close to Ponta Delgada and it’s still easy to get to both sides of the island. - Staff are friendly and helpful. - Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and modern. - Shower water pressure is fantastic. - Free breakfast is a nice addition and has many options. - Great gym for a hotel, pools and sauna are fantastic. - Bed is comfortable (if you like a firm mattress). - Easy and ample parking Cons: - Food at breakfast is generally room temperature. - Rooms are not super sound proof. - Limited restaurant options in the immediate area and the hotel’s restaurant is expensive.

The location of the property was great for easy access to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and very easy to find most of the time on site. Dinner options were a bit harder to find that were walkable from the hotel

We enjoyed our 6 night stay in the beginning of October. Very nice hotel with great amenities. Rooms, Pools, spa, gym, game room. Everything clean and comfortable. Ocean views are breathtaking. Breakfast is very good, but find another place for a dinner. We will be definitely coming back.

We loved our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The saunas and Turkish baths were a huge hit during our stay. The area around is very quiet and nice to walk around. Lots of great restaurants and shops
