Infelizmente desde que deixou de ser Mercure o atendimento ficou horrível, todos os atendentes sempre mal humorados, com cara feia para todos os clientes, sempre com respostas ríspidas e grosseiras. Limpeza do quarto, principalmente do banheiro deixa muito a desejar.

Quarto ok mas ainda traz o design Ibis. Recepção não tive uma boa experiência. Estava a 15 minutos das 14 horas, o atendente disse de maneira muito ríspida: se tiver quarto posso tentar liberar. Viajo com frequência, já cheguei antes em hotéis melhores, nunca tive esse tratamento. Restaurante inativo, apenas room service. O empreendimento era um Ibis comprado pela bandeira, fizeram uma perfumaria no design, muito cheio de regras de hotel diferenciado, mas sem oferecer atendimento. Café da manhã básico, padrão da bandeira anterior.

O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado, com todos os itens necessários, só senti falta de ter tampa nos lixos. A equipe do hotel é bem educada e solicita, só achei desnecessário o serviço de frigobar batendo e entrando no quarto nas manhãs. O café da manhã estava impecável, inclusive, me arrependo de não ter pedido a receita do bolinho de aveia. Academia e piscina bem limpas e com uma vista maravilhosa. O único ponto negativo é o estacionamento que é pagoR$36 reais todos os dias, mas o hotel vale super a pena.
