The apartment is located in a villa with four units,even if it is on the ground floor, you can enjoy a nice view. It has two well furnished bedrooms, living room with flat screen TV, there is also a fired place (wood on request) - equipped kitchen with gas oven and large bathroom with bath and shower. Wi-Fi connection. Veranda with sun awning. For your staying we provide: bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils and toiletries. There is a big courtyard where you can park your car or let play your pets. You will meet our friendly and well-behaved dog that lives free in the garden (if you have any special request, contact us directly). You can use the bbq area, the wood fired oven and the outdoor furniture. The area is completely fenced and accessible by electric gate. The nearest beach, Santa Maria di Ricadi is about 350 meters from the accommodation, which can also be reached by foot (downhill / climb walk). Sensational walks await you, with their seas breeze and amazing panoramas. Also, the accommodation is about 12 Km from Tropea which is which is a must tourist destination.

Appartamento grande e luminoso,ma da rivedere tante cose.tra cui cosa molto importante il bagno rubinetti che schizzano dappertutto, doccia non in condizioni ottimali ,acqua a momenti calda e fredda .TV in bianco e nero e canali inesistenti. La struttura divisibile con altre famiglie . A fianco c e la ferrovia e quando passa il treno sembra un terremoto..appartament con 300metri di dislivello dal mare .in compenso la Calabria ti regala tantissimi emozioni,mare stupendo! Tramonti mozzafiato!

Bon séjour

L'appartement est agréable, mais attention, la plage est rapidement accessible à pied, mais les pentes sont hyper raides. Il faut être en bonne forme physique. Il faut également aimer les animaux, car les propriétaires ont un chien, un chat et des lapins. Chien et chat en liberté sur le domaine. Un bémol cependant : voie ferrée à quelques mêtres de la maison. Lorsqu'un train passe on a l'impression qu'il passe dans la chambre. Nous avons donc dû fermer la fenêtre la nuit.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem ein sehr kurzer Weg zum Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unterstützen, wenn es notwendig ist. Da es bei unserm Aufenthalt im April noch teilweise nachts kühl war, konnten wir den Kamin in der mittleren Wohnung benutzen, was dem Aufenthalt noch ein besonderes Flair gab. Der Hund der Besitzer (Ossi) war für meine tierliebe Tochter noch ein weiteres Highlight.
